§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop grocery.tekbyte.de by consumers and businesses.

§2 Contract Formation

The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submission.

§3 Prices and Shipping

All prices shown include the statutory value added tax (MwSt.). Shipping costs are displayed transparently before checkout completion. Free shipping applies to orders above €39.

§4 Delivery

Delivery is made via DHL throughout Germany. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

§5 Payment

We offer the following payment methods via our payment processor Mollie: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and iDEAL. All payments are processed securely with SCA/3D Secure authentication where required.

§6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For food products, please observe the best-before dates indicated on the packaging.

§8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

§9 Final Provisions

German law applies. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
