Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (grocery GmbH, Musterstraße 42, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, info@grocery.tekbyte.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter or email).

Consequences

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
